Early in the COVID 19 shelter-in-place days, leadership asked me to offer some tips on how to work from home. But from what I could gather, our organization wasn’t struggling to WFH exactly. They were more dealing with what I called Working From Home During A Pandemic (WFHDAP). So I iterated on the initial ask.
